Com certeza acompanharia com carne vermelha. Eu faria uma fraldinha (acho que em espanhol se chama “vacio”) apenas temperada com sal parrillero. Esse vinho tem que brilhar mais que o prato.
(En) Great wine! I would definitely pair it with red meat. I would make a fraldinha (which I think is called *“vacio”* in Spanish), seasoned only with parrillero salt. This wine should shine more than the dish.

I know it seems devoid of elegance, but I find that cheeseburgers are great with Malbecs, especially Angelica Zapatas. If you have access to a Five Guys, it’s perfect.
