White- no question. Bamboo mats are more modern and dry quickly.

No mat, just have some hand towels that you use after the shower and chuck in the wash, like a hotel.

Wow! Gorgeous. I think Black because the white will never match exactly and even if you are an extremely clean person, it will show every little thing very fast.
