Domaine Serene Triple Crown Vineyard Chardonnay 2022, Dundee Hills, Oregon
Yellow in color with a golden hue.
Strong nose with citrus fruits, oak, spices, sea salt and minerals.
Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with limes, green apples, grapefruits, herbs, earth and spices.
Nice finish with limes and light almonds.
This is a delicious Single Vineyard Chardonnay from Dundee Hills in Oregon. Rich and elegant, and not overly fruity on the palate.
Feels young, and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly. Would be nice to revisit it in 3 to 5 years. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.
A great sipping wine that will also pair nicely with food.
100% Chardonnay grapes were aged on the lees in (40% new) French oak barrels for 16 months.
13.5% alcohol by volume.
92 points.
$85.

look it’s me again! sorry but: I am once again asking: can we get a bot that automatically explains why we don’t like Domaine Serene?
