I was generating some pics on some ideas i had. I sort of totally like it, but i'm in doubt since tiling the wall is not an easy thing to undo later on 🙂
Would a half tiled wall like this work? (with adjustments on the 'art') Good to know its in an 'open' livingroom-kitchen combo. And i like funky and colourful, just wanted to get a bit more funky on the kitchen which is not yet what i like. Also i'm not concerned about reselling value etc. I'm decorating this home because I want to live in a nice home that I like 🙂
second picture is the wall as it is now. first one is adjustments with AI.

I love it. You have a good eye for color.
I think it’s cute but depending on how far the tile sticks out it will cause the picture frames to be slanted where the bottom is leaning outwards instead of being flush against the wall
I love it.
Yes it definitely works! I don’t know it’d I would tile all the way through behind the bench although I like the way it looks in the picture. Also I would actually keep the art almost exactly the way it is now. It looks nice when the tile „cuts through“
It looks good specially the first (from the left) hanged picture that passes over the tile line 1/5th of its length.
Love
End the tiles at the counter and do not extend to the dining area.
HECK YES it works. I would consider putting some kind of chair rail tile rather than just a bullnose at the top, where the plain wall starts.
Sorry, no. It reminds me of an old gym shower room.
Yes totally.
I love it! It’s giving Schitt’s Creek kitchen vibes.
100%. Looks fantastic. I love this kitchen.
I love it. And that color! Same color I used to paint the inside of my cabinets that were the same color as the lowers (wood).
Your kitchen looks so friendly! I love it
Yes, very much so.
Looks great! I would just make sure you finish the top edge on the wall with no cabinets; from a distance it blends well, but I fear in person it’ll feel unfinished. Not sure what that looks like, can you cut tile on a bevel? Literally just anything to avoid having the top edge just be the typical top edge of installed tile.
Ughhhhh I love it so much
