Definitely take the shelf off. Maybe a mural or the large prints behind the bed.
Center the ceiling light.
Use a baseboard cord keeper for the cord.
Fluffy color bedding.

I can’t tell from the pictures, but does your bed still fit if turned 90° so the head is against the wall with the window? That would center things more

Headboard under the window. Remove weirdly high shelf. Add art. Introduce texture to bedding using different fabrics. Rug that doesn’t blend in with the floor.
