As a birthday gift for my husband, I took him to a one-star Michelin restaurant in Gothenburg, Sweden.
We had the time of our lives. The food was out of this world, and the wines we were served were life-changing.
We started off with a Tattinger Comtes de Champagne 2014 and ho-ly sh*t it was the best champagne we’ve ever had.
We then got served all the tasty bottles above. I didn’t take any notes, but I still wanted to share this because if this is what food and wine are supposed to taste like, I want nothing else.
After this I’m on a mission, so any great wine tips are more than welcome!

It’s a dangerous rabbit hole.
Welcome!
Wow- what advice are you looking for? Red wine ? White wine? All?
Blaufrankisch 💪🏼 Haven’t tried that producer yet. But everyone that I’ve tried I’ve loved.
