Bought these gorgeous chairs before I even moved in, but now I am struggling on how to arrange them. for months they have been slightly angled with the narrow shelf in the corner, but something is feeling off. eventually there will be a rug and some sort of credenza too, but need help in the meantime.

A rug in that area will help tons. I think that’s the biggest issue. The chairs themselves are maybe just a touch too close to one another.
