I love to highlight Canadian wine, as it is woefully under appropriated.
Norman Hardie's VQA Ontario Riesling 2017 does not disappoint.
Medium Gold
Aromatic nose showing some age
Dried yellow apple and apricot, orange, lemon, peach, mineral, cashew nut, honeysuckle and lime marmalade.
Dry, High acidity, light body, well balanced, flavourful palate and a long finish.
Fresh, lively, great fruit and acidity, ripe and nice level of complexity from the level of maturity.

The wines were undeniably good, but you may wanna google him.
Under appreciated? Was lucky enough to visit Norman Hardie a few years ago. Ontario rieslings are nice.
