Hey guys- have an apartment that has an allocate storage unit. It's a brand new build and the storage unit, as you can see, has cinderblock walls and insulation. The temperature in the unit is unlikely to fluctuate beyond 60-70 degrees thru the year. However – humidity definitely fluctuates. As you can see in March, it's quite dry in there. In the summer, the humidity definitely ticks up (I need to check back as to how humid it gets). I'm considering moving my eurocave premier M down into the storage unit but am concerned about the fluctuation in humidity. What are your guys thoughts? Hard no? Seek out a humidifier for the winter? Was also considering putting the fridge up on a palette or something like that. Appreciate thoughts

Your Eurocave is designed to regulate humidity and temperature. Absolutely no concerns here.
I believe Eurocave’s suggestion is that, to the extent humidity is out of bounds inside the unit even after settling in, use their dehumidifier pellets or a wet sponge in a bowl to tweak it one way or the other.
My understanding is that you’re just trying to keep things from being so dry that the corks shrink and lose seal or so wet that you get mildew.
