Kabaj Rebula 2020 (Goriška Brda): 30 days maceration, old vines, aged in used French barriques for 2 years, then long bottle refined!
Impressive even for a non big fan of 'orange' wines, it is indeed refined, complex, still fresh and showing youth even with over 5 years on the shoulders! Ripe fruit, herbal notes and much more. Incredibly low in alc (11.5%) but with good length and body!
