We're closing on this beautiful 80s home with a ton of custom features, woodwork, etc. This room at some point had carpet and now has this goofy lava-esque stained concrete that will eventually get covered with something.

The problem we're having is that I have no clue how to lay this room out. The chimney also connects to an outdoor fireplace so there's no chance to run a TV up top there without wires showing. Currently we have a large modular sectional, a nice MCM coffee table and a tv. We have an eventual plan for this room design-wise but the layout is really stumping us.. any suggestions?

Angle the tv in the corner to the left of the fireplace with a wall mount. It will somewhat block one of those two doors but just enjoy the light that they bring in and use the other set of doors. Build your living room around the fireplace, facing that corner. Bonus room for plants and other activities/ideas in that room that I’m sure will come with time

Edit: Please never cover those floors up! Find rugs that compliment it.
