I am trying to choose between two Italian red wines, to pair with the Braised Beef Short Ribs at my wedding. There is a 3rd option, but really I’d like to decide between the two.
I’m hoping to choose between Settecieli Primitivo, and Settecieli Toscana Governo All’uso Toscano.
The 3rd option is Sanvito Nero D’ Avola.
I personally love the Settecieli Toscana so much, it’s been one of my favorite wines for probably 3 years now. I love Settecieli in general. Also, I get deeper discounts on these.
However, I know a Nero D’ Avola is probably the best pairing wise? But less discounts and not as convenient as far as the store we have to go and purchase it from.
