2024 Kilburg Wintricher Geierslay Riesling Kabinett
Another beautiful wine from the talented hands of Max Kilburg. The wines from the 2024 vintage are so fine and feather light that they seem to evaporate without any effort at all.
This filigreed beauty was impossible to resist with notes of juicy orchard fruits, minty herbs, and a long zippy finish. The nose was floral, bright and lifted with citrus, cooling mint, and apples.
Wines like this are not easy to cellar, because they are so easy to drink now! Drink and enjoy or be stronger than me and cellar for years of drinking pleasure to come.
