Two great expressions from boutique wineries of the two most famous Croatian appellations in South Dalmatia!
Plavac Mali is the grape, Postup and Dingač are the wines, on same peninsula, not far from each other, on very steep rocky slopes, dry Mediterranean climate!
Differences in the terroir and winemaking deliver different results, Postup very refined, structured as these wines usually are but approaching a good balance, great complexity and huge ageing potential. Great freshness and minerality!
Dingač slightly more austere, also younger therefore more powerful and tannic, more complex but in need of longer ageing!
Great potential for both!
