

Found some old bottles, will these be fine to drink? I love Chablis so I do hope so. They were not stored in a cellar and they have been upright. The colour is very honey like, and the fill lines are slightly low (I think?) so just seeing if it’s worth even opening or just straight down the drain. Thanks!

Given that these aren’t exactly “age worthy” examples of Chablis, it’s likely these are all past their prime and likely heavily oxidized. With that being said, it won’t get you sick or anything of that nature but they will be sherry like and flat. Only one way to find out…
All you can do is try them! Might be extraordinary or shot to bits but the journey will be fun
