Personally the tile in shower including bathtub is unusual but I like it ! I could live with it !! Not too crazy about the floor mostly because too much going on between floor shower & sink counters! If it would be my bathroom I would change the floor and countertop and a fresh coat of paint and see how that works out! Additionally you also could match the toilet to the shower ( Kohler makes that sand color potty) upgrade light feature and add a nice decorative mirror instead of the medicine cabinet!

Maybe it’s because I love stone textures and the color brown but I love almost everything about this bathroom. One thing I think could be improved is to swap silver colored fixtures (lamp, cabinet and door handles etc) to brass or gold as it goes better with the dark brown/stone features and will elevate your bathroom to look a bit more expensive. And maybe extend the wall color to your ceiling. I would also opt for a larger mirror as wide as the sink and goes all the way down to touch the sink. It will look more spacious.
