I’ve already decided on a blue-grey wall color, which looks absolutely stunning against the white door frames and trim. For the furniture, I’m planning to go with black walnut (dark wood) to bring in some warmth and elegance. Now I’m stuck on the flooring. I’m leaning towards terracotta or vintage-style tiles with corner accents, but I’m worried about the color balance.
Should I go with a classic warm beige/tan to contrast the cool walls? Or would a light grey vintage tile make the space look too "cold"? Are corner accents too busy for black walnut furniture?
