40+ guy. Really first time living solo, ever. Trying to set up a new apartment. I didn’t measure anything, of course. So rug is 7×10. Couch set up is roughly 11’ long. Can I do anything here besides “get a new rug?”. I can cross post this on the roastme page too if you need me to.

Also forgot to add that there is an oversized ottoman coming for this set. Just backordered.

I don’t personally love how the console separates the chaise from the rest of the sofa. I would move that piece to the left of the chaise, against the wall, and see how that looks.
