



Hi! I’m Kayla and really open to any and all beginner advice.
I started working at a vineyard last summer in July in Northern VA and I’m really enjoying my experience in wine.
I also got a few bottles of what I know I like most from the winery I work at. We’ve scored a lot of gold medals recently at the Arlie wine expo and our cab sav wine double gold as well!
What should I invest my time in? Just tasting and finding what I like or what?
What makes a wine “ good “ or not good I know it’s more nuanced than that as everyone’s pallet is different but sometimes I don’t know if I’m actually tasting the notes I should or if it’s just a placebo affect.
