This is our Kitchen/Extension wall
Hi all, we're really not sure what to do to add a bit of colour/make our extension walls look a bit more interesting. I've attached a pic of one of the walls, there's another on the other side which is pretty much the same but without a TV on it. Once my daughter is a bit older we're hoping to slowly move some of the toys out and into the garden/her room.
We'd considered acoustic panels but I'm worried they'll look dated soon, and I love traditional wall paneling but we've already got it in the Living Room, toilet and hallway, so worried it's a bit overkill.
Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

The space is really nice and clean already, it just needs a bit of visual warmth. One idea could be adding a **large piece of artwork or a gallery wall** around the TV area to break up the blank wall.
You could also add **floating shelves with plants, books, or decorative items** to bring some color and texture without committing to permanent wall paneling. Even a single large plant in that corner could help soften the space a lot.
Is painting an option?
Look into removable wall paper or murals.
The white walls are boring especially with the flooring. Paint them a color or add bold artwork or both.
