I recently had the pleasure of discovering this beautiful wine at a wine fair.
On the nose I found honey, citrus, apricot, pear, marzipan and some nutty notes. On the palate there were flavors of pear, apricot, honey, almond, a touch of minerality, vanilla and oak. Medium-plus body with a long finish.
Quite young but already well-balanced. I had this with some quiche for a relaxing evening with my wife.
