Hello all, I’m looking for some sage advice (pun intended). I have a new to me townhouse that has an open floor plan on the second level.
We narrowed down some samples (Sherwin Williams) but none of them really speak to us.
– Warm Oats: similar to current color but a little lighter, nice but a lot of painting for just maybe a little gain of light
– Soft Sage: I love the concept but almost comes across grey
– liveable green: feels too minty.
We have nice wooden floors and some dated but nice cabinets. The center island is just a placeholder. We were looking to brighten up the space/add a little flavor and wanted it to feel cohesive. The current color is Loggia for reference.
If anyone has some advice/input it would be appreciated!

I like the current color, it’s just warm and dark enough to feel cozy, not too bland or cold.
The Warm Oats sample is a tad too light and I don’t think I’d want that entire space green.
You could bring pops of colour via tall green plants like a tall Monstera to the right of the couch, a big Bird of Paradise in front of the wall by the fridge, a burgundy throw on the sofa, artworks and knickknacks on the tv console and coffee table.
