Living room space is confusing as it currently stands. There is a window along the far left.
Goals/ideas:
-Knock out fireplace insert and 45⁰ corner drywall/brick facade, install a wood stove in its place
-open up doorway to be ~3 times as wide
-pull down railing, use low bookshelf to delineate the space
Besides that, I have no idea where to put furniture, our TV, or how to use the odd corner space to the right.
