I received this as a gift from a friend who originally received it from a family member. That family member supposedly found this hidden in the back of an old auction house they were closing down. Didn’t find anything definitive online. I have no experience whatsoever with Charentes. Is this supposed to be very tasty or expensive?

It’s a fortified wine, so a blend of cognac and grape must, from the Charantes region. Not that expensive but should be a nice aperitif or digestif
