Love Auslese, but first time trying any with real age on it.
Nice acidity that balances out the sweetness, which isn't cloying at all.
Picked up lemon curd, marmalade, and apricot notes.
Body is a little lighter than I would have expected.
Surprisingly paired well with beignets.
90 points (on a dessert wine scale).
