I recently got my kitchen backsplash done. Wanted to get the cabinets refaced but it was super expensive. I am thinking of painting the cabinets myself but stuck on which color to choose. Kitchen walls and rest of the apartment is white as well. Should I leave the cabinets white too or pick some other subtle color?

A muted green like this?
I would pick a color that is subtle but not white. A warm cream or a yellow green would look nice with that back splash. I’m outside in sunny light so I may be off on what I see 😆. If possible cabinet handles would be nice too.
