Please could you guys help me get my office right? I’m trying my best but feel like I just can’t get it quite right.

Hey all,

I’m lucky to have a nice space for my office, but I am really struggling to get it feeling right and finished!

I have attached photos of what I have.

Are you guys able to help me? I’d love feedback on the layout, and how I can improve?

Other than the layout, I am struggling (in its current form) to work out what to do with the back wall, and the corner of the room with the little wooden wine box (the wooden box absolutely does not have to stay, I just had it and didn’t know what else to put there!).

I know the desk is ugly, but it unfortunately has to stay as I need a standing desk. But open to moving it around.

The drums also cannot be removed from the room as I have no where else to put them, but again they can move within the room.

The rug the drums sits on is definitely getting replaced. Would welcome suggestions! Or just removing it completely?

So overall, I'd love to know what I'm doing right, what I'm doing wrong, I’d love layout recommendations, open to adding/moving/replacing plants and pictures, and if anything needs to be added please do let me know!
