this was a listing on Facebook marketplace I was going to get, the lister said they'd hold it for me until tomorrow but then informed me someone else was coming to get it and sold it 😓
I'm mourning it so bad I really really wanted this desk it's so beautiful… I have no idea where to look to find anything like it since most other listings for vintage furniture are dark wood furniture and I can't find any modern furniture brands that sell furniture like this.
I'm going to cry I absolutely love this style… where else could I find furniture like this?

Try resale shops.

My whole bedroom as a kid was this style. I hated it so much lol My husband’s sister grew up with the same style furniture in her childhood room. You can try adding 1960s to your search – that’s the era it’s from. This stuff is good quality. My grandma had a white dining set in this style that she gave me. I hated the white so had it stripped and refinished. Gorgeous wood underneath, far nicer than what.’s in your average furniture store today.
