Closing on a house, this is the only thing about it I don’t like, any ideas to make it look better?

For context, I really am not good at decorating or remodeling things, but I’d like to learn. Until I do, I’ll probably be hiring someone to do interior design. I’m closing on a house and this bathroom is the only thing that I don’t like, it’s so overly gray and until I can recoup my savings to remodel it, I’d like to do some DIY work to make it temporarily better. I’d love to get some insight and see if anyone has any ideas? Thanks!
