Château Olivier Pessac-Léognan 2021.
The blend contains 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot.
Color: dark crimson.
The nose is dominated by aromas of blackcurrant and plum. In the background, there are hints of licorice and tobacco.
On the palate: fruity, medium-bodied, with noticeable acidity and balanced tannins. Medium-long finish with notes of plum and licorice.
Already very good now, but still has the potential for further aging.
