The fruit is very alive. It has the acidity of a Meyer lemon, though the flavor profile is a more green apple with some bruised apple elements to it when the sugar comes in. About 6g dosage, you can definitely taste it, but the acidity tears right through. Having it ice cold, you feel the acid. The more it warms up in the glass, the more the sugar shows. Absolutely delightful and crisp.
