I’m at a loss… I wanted to add color to my living room but I’m having difficulty color matching. I love the terracotta color and the wainscoting is going to be painted terracotta. I can’t figure out what color to paint the top half of the wall. I bought the “cream” color, but not liking it. Is it possible to get help on color choices. I want to go for a homely, boho, warm vibe.
My couch is currently a velvet blue oversized couch.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I think the white throws the colors off because it’s not necessarily a complimentary color to Terra cotta . I found this website that provides some guidance : https://paintcolorproject.com/colors-to-pair-with-terra-cotta/
I also found a photo of a living room with your walls and they painted it all terra cotta. The furniture and decor is jewel toned with teal and royal dark blues.

The beige seems pretty yellow. What if you went with a lighter beige closer to White. I feel like that’s throwing the whole thing off because they’re coming from two different families of colors.
