Deep garnet. Barely any signs of age, dark to the rim.
Nose of violets, black cherry & blackcurrant, earthy minerals.
Dry & balanced with ripe tannins.
Fantastic now. Will be better in 5 years.
Côte de boeuf with roasted vegetables, garlic mushrooms & red wine jus.
