One of the bottles I shipped home from Sicily. Love anything Biondi puts out. Used the Coravin. Paired it with a Costco chicken, salad and macaroni and cheese (don’t judge—I have a toddler). Clean and crisp with the characteristic saltiness of an Etna Bianco DOC.
