Hello, we inherited this "dresser" thing when we bought our house and I'm tired of looking at it. It's pretty bulky while being surprisingly not very spacious. I am looking to get rid of it and install or build out some shelves for an actual closet type of vibe. If someone has previously used Closets by Design how were the prices? If you took on a more budget/DIY approach how did that go? I unfortunately have zero eyes for design and would love some inspo/ideas from others. I added some pics for reference, the room/closet space in our Chicago Bungalow is also 13.3"x6.6" in size. (Excuse the mess)

The closet companies are expensive and honestly I didn’t find them helpful in design and flexibility. I used IKEA Pax for my walkin. It’s solid, I can adjust items and Imthey come in two depths so I was able to have storage space on both sides. Als, if you have diy or know a handyman, there are many tutorials online to create them to be more built in.
