Worked another insane wine dinner tonight. Lineup focused primarily on Rhone Valley with a last minute substitute of 81' Penfolds 'Grange-Bin 95'. Can't say I'll ever see this many epic wines together. Not listed on the menu are Paul Bara Brut Rose and Éliane Delalot Champagne Meuniers d'Exception Impressions. They left a solid amount of wine for me and my team to taste.
