Any thoughts on this suggested line-up for a small wine tasting that I am organising? What’s the best order to taste these in? Any decanting recommended? Also, should I go with the 2016 Sassoalloro or 2023?
These are two different wine makers no? Different DOCs? Other than “tuscany” and “same family” there isnt much correlation between Biondi and Jacopo unless im wrong. So I dont really get the theme youre going for.
