I had a bottle of 2023 Von Winning sauv blanc at a restaurant recently and loved it, but I’ve found it difficult to find in stores. Any recommendations for something similar? Thanks in advance!
Von Winning Rieslings, especially the dry ones. Von Winning rose. Good values. Many of the Erste Lage (means premier cru) or GG rieslings, their higher level rieslings, are aged in wood so a bit unique. Both categories are dry rieslings. Their entry level “Winnings” riesling is off dry but a very nice value.
Then just Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire. Sancerre, Pouilly-Fume, etc.
