Did you prep the wall before painting? Also, looks like you stopped mid-way down the wall when rolling out the paint.
When painting, especially with a saturated color, you will need to finish with a long roll top to bottom in one long stroke, back and forth all the way along the wall.

I’ve had similar results of having to do more coats when using a cheaper paint brand. You may just need one more coat 😬 I only use Sherwin Williams from their store for that reason. That being said it’s a beautiful blue. Do you mind sharing what color?

More coats. Was it a good quality paint? I always do two to get it even when the paint claims one coat. You could be over rolling so it is too thin.
