Make a little reading nook!!! Find an ottoman and some comfy cushions, put some narrow shelves to put small plants, fairy lights and a cute curtain!!!

It’s an ideal spot for tall plants with the window back there. The bonus of that is they give off oxygen at night while you’re sleeping.

I feel like I want to see your room to see if the bed would make more sense somewhere else. This space behind my bed would drive me nuts.

Have a custom mattress designed and cut so that it slides into the unused space

I feel like rearranging your room might be the best bet if there’s another space for your bed. I think anything back there would be awkward with the bed the way it is now

Can you move your bed to a different wall so that you could put a window bench under the window? It is great for storage and nice for a sitting space.
Edited to add pic
What does the wall on the other side look like?
Can you swap the layout of the bed somehow? This way you can open that space up.
“my room” as in for one person? Narrower bed on either side with only one bedside table, would come to mind.
That, or fill the whole void with a “shelf” and store stuff underneath.
