Going to Vinuous Icons Tasting this Saturday for first time this Saturday (under 35 tickets at $50 are a steal). Love to get any recommendations on some can't miss producers to try. With so many want to do some planning before.

Hirsch, Tablas Creek, and a few of champagne houses are some I have had and already enjoy, but this feels a great opportunity to branch out and try some newer producers, especially from regions like Bordeaux and Burgundy that I have less experience with.

The Walls/Paxsa is exceptional. If they have current vintages they are excellent.
