After successfully stripping multiple layers of paint throughout this bedroom I'm now in the predicament of which product would be best to primer this skirting/ architrave which has been previously stained to avoid bleeding and general headache. The end result will be sating white

Taurus to lambstounge … not a good match for skirting
Don’t use either of those. They are awful. Go get Benjamin Moore Fresh Start primer.
