I want to have dinner at this farmstead the only hiccup is that it’s a blind prefix four course meal and you have to order the wine a day in advance without knowing what the food is so what would y’all say is the best bank for your buck. for my preference, I do enjoy all styles and types of wine. I like small production, cool stories and nerdy details rather than a name brand. Thank you and cheers.

    Agree on the Fleurie, and add the Gaudry for a white.
    You’re missing out on a ‘big’ tannic red but not knowing what the menu is, these wines will pair nicely with a lot wider range of proteins and vegetables.
