i don't know what color scheme to go with. i LOVE my green couch so i want it to fit around that. we're painting the pallet it's sitting on black cuz it's ugly asf but we're a bit.. broke to say the least. we just moved in a week and a half ago so everything is tight money wise. but we got cute maroon/red curtains, a free recliner from my dad, our display case, a lot of figures we still need to put in it, but not a lot of decor really.im thinking we need black shelves somewhere and maybe a few paintings/posters but i dont know where. maybe even a rug but its all carpeted minus the kitchen. oh if it helps at all our kitchen theme is red but its just our appliances like Tupperware, pots, pans, utensils, nothing actually painted red. i'd like to keep this as renter friendly as possible but we are allowed to hang things and paint walls as long as well "fix" it before moving out. i dont want to paint walls or anything because we might move into a 2 bedroom at the end of our 12 month lease. the most i want to do is hang things.
any advice?
