At 24 years old, this was fully in tertiary territory, showing notes of cedar, leather, dried roses, tar and tobacco. The fruit had certainly taken a back seat at this point. It was more like a wine you sit and study rather than gulp down. Not an easy drink, but endlessly interesting.
