While I’m brand new to the world of wine and decided to explore Italian wines first; this COS was a nice treat at the end of the night. Notes of dried berries, fruit leather, and what smelled like cigarette on the nose? I’d love to know others thoughts who’ve had the same bottle. At $52 it wasn’t a wine that wow’d me but it was good none the less.
I’ve found my current favorites from Alto Adobe – especially Pinot noir from Terlan.

I did pickup another bottle though to sit on. If anyone wants to weigh in on whether or not it would be good to keep for a few more years, or if I should enjoy it now. I feel like it would drink incredibly well slightly chilled in the summer evening.
