On the left i put a wallpaper from Etsy on the alcoves, 2 white shelves for each with decorations on top. On the right just wooden shelves with decorations.

Looks made for lamps of a pretty specific configuration. Which is probably their best use as the right lamps would light the hall nicely.
You might be able to put smaller art pieces either side of the angles in the top portion and smaller lamps below, perhaps with a tray for devices if you are tending toward using these as recharge bays

Something that is in theme with the room you are about to enter.
Couple of options:
1. Hang artwork that covers the alcoves entirely.
2. Get some glass shelves fitted in the alcoves and display & light your collectibles.
