The Dog Point isn’t getting better – I think it would be pretty nice now. Same for Baronaques.
The Pomerol though can definitely keep 10-15 years if not more with proper storage, same with the Cesare.

That Pio Cesare! I just bought a 2020 of the same one, let’s see if I have the patience to make it until at least 2030 with it. The CPV should also last another 10-15 at least. The Barolo, also a long time.

I really enjoyed that Gaudium the couple times I’ve had it – it’s a big big Tempranillo blend, and has the structure to sit for a bit. I’d give it a couple more years, but can definitely be enjoyed now.
