I received this as a gift about 10 years ago and have been saving it for a special occasion. But when I put some light on the bottle, I can see wispy sediment swirling around. Is it ok to drink?
Absolutely not! I’ll take it for immediate safe disposal.

No. Bio hazard. It needs to be safely disposed of at my house.
Seriously: it is fine. Many redd wines have more sediment as it ages. I’d let it sit for a day before opening it so that sediment can settle at the bottom of the bottle and be less likely to go into your glass. Kistler Pinot is delicious. Drink it soon!

Any updates from OP? I assume they’re dead just from touching the bottle.
