I find blue looks more sophisticated with the carpet and the cushions. I think generally yellow makes the spot brighter and therefore bigger, which the small couch benefits from. But this happy/warm combo would need a bit more calmness in the other objects. So therefore I’m voting blue 🙂

Blue/purple is only good with the sofa. Yellow goes well with the sofa and the rest of the room.

Yeh I can see the yellow blending nicely, but I was wanting something that looked a bit more edgy as felt it was getting a bit bland 🤷

Do blue if you want to do blue, but you’ll have to add more to the space in general to make it look cohesive.

Yellow and given the nice bold furniture colours, can you paint the walls a warmer shade? Some colourful accessories plus plants and this will look great
